- If there is only one class remaining in the session, the Drop-In price of $30 per class will be charged for the one class.
- Register by Monday, September 21, and receive a $10 early registration discount!
- Skaters may make-up THREE missed classes per session by attending the same level on a different day or time.
- To redeem a make-up class, please visit the Program Office on the day of your make-up class to check in.
- Please allow an additional 10 minutes for check-in before your class begins.
- All make-up classes must be completed during the current session. Make-up classes will not be permitted after Saturday, December 19.
- Skaters may also make up a missed class by attending another class type at the same level. For example:
- Jumps 2 may be made up in Spins 2 or Skating Skills 1-2.
- Spins 2 may be made up in Jumps 2 or Skating Skills 1-2.
- Skating Skills 1-2 may be made up in Jumps 2 and Spins 2.
- Included in your Session Fee are 10 practice public session passes that can be used for the participant and/or family/friend. To redeem these passes, check-in at the Skate Rental counter on the day/time of the Public Session and ask to use a “Learn to Skate Practice Pass.”
- These 10 practice/public session passes EXPIRE at the end of the session – Saturday, December 19.
- Skating Skills 5 and Spins 5 do not include practice/public session passes, as skaters at this level typically practice during Freestyle Sessions
- When registering for two or more classes for the session, Skating Skills 5 and Spins 5 are offered at a discounted rate of $20 per class
- Make-up classes may be completed by attending the alternate class: Skating Skills 5 students may make up a missed class in Spins 5, and Spins 5 students may make up a missed class in Skating Skills 5
- Skaters have the option to drop-in to any class for $30 per class. The drop-in class option does not include any practice/Public Session passes.
- Skaters have the option to withdraw from class at any time in the session and receive a refund for any remaining classes. This allows us to enroll another skater in the open class spot.
- If you withdraw AFTER missing classes, or request a refund AFTER missing classes, you are NOT eligible for a refund (or account credit) for these missed classes as we were not able to enroll another skater in the open class spot. You will only be eligible for a refund (or account credit) for any FUTURE classes.
- There will be no refunds or account credits AFTER missing a class. No exceptions. The only option to receive these classes is the Make-Up Class/Missed Class Policy above.
